The hotel, perfectly connected to the main local roadways, lies in a wonderful position facing the sea, close by the dunes and in the middle of the National Park of Circeo. The dunes, which belong to a protected geographical area, are covered with thick Mediterranean bush sloping down to a large beach with thin white sand. This original enchanting landscape gives a unique charme to the hotel and to the whole seaside resort.

Built in 1969 and renovated at end of 2004, the hotel has 77 rooms,7 additional cottages and a private bathing establishment. The main building follows the altimetrical state of the dunes and the very impressive four-storey front facing the sea shows a pronounced vertical development in its architectural structure. The side overlooking the road, with only two floors, represents an attractive element in the surrounding natural landscape.
